Well, now that's something different. Doing something he's dreamed of for a very long time, he's charting a new path, meeting likeminded talented individuals with a thirst for knowledge, advancement, success, and ultimately, personal fulfillment.
As Lauren counseled this morning in a voicemail she left for him on his first full day of classes: "Learn something, Daddy."
Yes, there will be volumes for him to digest and learn over the next 21 months. But after meeting his classmates yesterday at orientation (many with incredibly impressive credentials), I have a sneaking suspicion this time in his life will also be a wonderful opportunity for him to teach others too.
