Baby Celia

She's here, she's here!! Kristen and Zak welcomed their gorgeous little girl about 7 weeks ago, and we were oh so fortunate to have them pay us a recent visit.

With beautiful blue eyes and a perfect little round head, both of her parents are clearly smitten.



For the several hours they were here, Lauren became a doting big sister. She helped change Celia's diaper (yes!), sang her to sleep, and positively lit up when she got the chance to hold her.

The feeling, I'm fairly certain, was mutual. This pic pretty much says it all.



Lauren can hardly wait to impart all of her 5-year-old wisdom on Celia, including her tips on fashion and boys. My wish and hope is that they get to spend lots of time together growing up, creating memories and forging a super strong bond. And everyone who knows me has heard my mantra of late: "Thoughts become things". So there you have it. It shall be.
