Passover Fun? You Betcha

After being out of town for a week on business, it was such a joy to return home. You don't really appreciate your own bed until you've stayed in 5 different hotel rooms in as many nights while on the road.

I was able to have dinner with brother Brian, Deb, Ryan and Daniel during my trip and they sent me home with a bag full of goodies for Lauren. Her favorite?

Yes, the next Wolfgang Puck at your service.

My parents graciously cooked an entire Passover meal and brought it to our house on Monday night. All I had to do was provide the Matzo and set the table.

Dad led most of the seder (our tradition? A hagaddah entitled "The Concise Family Seder").

With a toddler, it was critical to get to the eating as quickly as possible. While Passover is a fairly serious occasion, our giddy girl seemed to find the whole experience rather, um, funny.

At first it wasn't looking like Nana was too pleased with her behavior.

But even she had no choice but to relent and enjoy the Lauren show.

After some amazing matzo ball soup, brisket, mashed potatoes, and noodle kugel, we retired to the couch, but not before documenting a few family pics (Norm was there, he just managed to evade the camera!)
