A morning bike ride (10 miles with a couple of hills for me, plus an additional 30 miles with massive hills for Joe), coupled with a gorgeous warm day, made for an abundance of refreshing and relaxing moments.
Lauren returned just before lunch today after a very fun trip, and the welcome home celebrating began.
Beginning with some pampering for the girls.
Followed by dinner with Joe and his kids at Fuddrucker's.
And concluding with Yogurtland and strutting her stuff at the Marketplace.
It's a good thing we took it easy for the past few days, because this weekend is gearing up to be all sorts of crazy busy.
Bring it on.
