Lauren's classmate Maya had her party last weekend at a place called Olivia's Doll House Tea Room just down the street from our house.
It is in a quaint shopping center that houses an eclectic array of shops I frequent, including the design studio that remodeled our master bath, an awesome women's clothing store, an organic coffee place, a high end lingerie store, and a waxing studio (named the Pretty Kitty - 'nuff said).
Upon arrival, the girls got to dress up, and have their hair, makeup and nails done.

The girls then were lead into another room where they were given an etiquette lesson before indulging in some snacks and "tea" (aka pink lemonade).
After cake and sweets, one little glamour puss was more than ready to go home.
Still, she loved hanging with her friends and being pampered for the afternoon.
Post-script: 7 days later, and of course she still has glitter on her scalp. C'est la vie.
