Having more family around means even more family to play with and to love.

On Bri's most recent visit, we all went to a local Chinese restaurant in Laguna.

To say we were the loudest table in the restaurant was an understatement. Joe was further inaugurated into our family culture.

[For the life of me, I can't remember the story Brian was telling that elicited this reaction from my mom, but it was a good one.]
Ryan is playing water polo with a local club team. It's his first time playing the sport, and he's earned the most difficult spot - goalie. Just like his Uncle Greg. Call me biased, but I think he's really good.

The weekends when I have Lauren have coincided with many of his games. If at all possible, we love to go and watch. He's got one of the biggest cheering sections around.

Ryan is finally spending the night with us this coming weekend for a belated birthday steak dinner and some quality time with his girl cousin.
And next week. Oh next week! Hanukkah and Thanksgiving in Nevada with even more family.
Cannot. Wait.
